New GCSE Maths and English courses started in September 2015, and other subjects (including GCSE
Science) will be following suit in 2016.
The new courses are more challenging than ever, with all the exams set at the end of Year 11. There’s even
a new ‘9-1’ grading system, where Grade 9 will be reserved for the very top tier of students.
At Slough Tuition, for each subject, the old and new courses will run in parallel for one year — in the first
year, Year 10s will be studying the new courses while Year 11s finish the ‘old’ courses. In this way at
Slough Tuition we are teaching both new and old specification.

will commence (every Sunday) from 9th October 2016 between 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.

Slough Tuition Centre is extremely proud to announce that once again we achieved 100 % A*-C GCSE
including English and Maths. This reflects a tremendous amount of hard work and commitment from
students and staff alike. Slough Tuition Centre would like to congratulate students and staff and also
parents for their encouragement and continued support.

Windsor branch will be closed from 20th June 2016 to 4th September 2016 as of summer holidays, we will
be back to normal from 11th September 2016.
Langley branch will be closed from 24th July 2016 to 28th August 2016 as of summer holidays, we will be
back to normal from 3rd September 2016.
Chalvey Branch in Slough will be running as normal on Saturdays throughout the summer break but will
be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August.
London Branch will be closed in July and August and will be back to normal on 4th September 2016.

At Slough Tuition we are delighted to offer GCSE adult classes for Maths, English and Science. Tuition
classes are available for all adults wishing to update their skills or to accomplish GCSE qualifications. We
have limited places so please contact us on your earliest for registration.

We would like to inform you that we will not be open during Christmas holidays.

Langley Branch will be closed on 26th December 2015 and 2nd January 2016.

We are pleased to announce the launch of weekdays sessions at our Chalvey Branch from 13th October

2015. This is in view of the increasing request of our students and parents, to bring valuable and beneficial
      provision to all our customers during weekdays as well.

area as well, by opening a new branch in Hillingdon.

Slough Tuition Centre is delighted to announce that once again our Year 11 pupils have achieved excellent
results in their 2015 GCSE exams. We are extremely pleased with this year’s GCSE results. There are
some brilliant individual achievements, but the real story is that Slough Tuition Centre continues to get the
very best out of all its pupils, thanks to the excellence of our teachers and the nurturing, inclusive
philosophy that we so strongly embrace. These results yet again are proof that our approach to education
works – for everyone.
We are proud to announce that most of our students have achieved an A* or A in Math’s and Sciences. All
of our GCSE students have achieved C or higher grades. Congratulations to all our students on their results
this year.
